IT ALL STARTED WITH A MAP IN OUR BATHROOM

You see, this map had small pins on it that showed where we had been and not been in the World. And every time we were in the bathroom…which was quite often 😅, we looked at that map…and imagined being in the places we hadn’t been…yet. 😉

Well, we had been planning a trip to Thailand for a month in January, the coldest time of year in Norway. But then one thing led to another, and before we knew it, we were planning a 6 months trip around Asia instead. 😅

We had no idea how it would sort itself out, but it did! I sold out everything and basically closed my crystal shop, and we used credit cards for some of it. Gotta do what you gotta do! 😜

So we sat down with a map and pointed out where we would like to go. We started out in Thailand and only booked there, and a plane ticket to our next destination. I found hotels or Airbnb’s while we travelled, and booked plane tickets. 😊

I would love to say that everything went as planned, but it didn’t. 😅 While traveling like this, be prepared for anything. That’s also why we only planned one step ahead. 😉

We had an absolutely amazing experience visiting all of those places, and memories for life! 🥰
